Administrative Assistant - Diegem (Brussels) office

  • Description:

    We would like to reinforce our team in Diegem with a (m/f) Administrative Assistant

  • Profile:

    • You have obtained an A2 degree (office and administration, or equivalent);
    • You have already gained some experience in an office environment or in an administrative function;
    • You are punctual, accurate and methodical;
    • You have excellent organizational skills and you like to work in team;
    • You have fluent communication skills in Dutch and French.

    Your job:

    • You will be responsible for administrative support, as well as filing and archiving tasks;
    • You will archive files on a regular basis and keep the archives list/database up to date;
    • You will ensure that archived files are delivered upon request within reasonable time;
    • You will distribute incoming faxes and will assist with copy work.
